After months of savouring every kind of pizza, from Neapolitan to Perugian to Milanese, sooner or later the fateful question arises spontaneously in everyone's mind (and those who say otherwise are lying): 'but how do you make it?'; 'I would also like to have my relatives taste it when I get home'; 'I looked for the recipe on the internet but I didn't manage to find it'. As we know, goals CAN be achieved by following the right steps and taking advice from good people. In this regard, it is our duty and pleasure to thank the University of Tastes in Perugia, which made it possible for international students to experience something different, genuine and above all fun. Passing on their passion for cooking and their skills to the international students in Perugia were Donatella Aquili and Mattia Simone Ferrioli, who directly and effectively explained the process of creating a pizza, first as simple as a margherita and then more elaborate. The entire class set out to create their own pizza that once ready would be voted on by the judges in terms of taste and aesthetics. The now international chefs who created the best pizzas were rewarded, thus ending the day on a high note, with a new recipe to take home, a new experience to cherish and above all a full belly, and all thanks to the hospitality of the University of Tastes, which in addition to teaching the international students, provided the space and tools for the activity to take place.
