Today, the new “ESN House” was officially inaugurated at the headquarters of ADiSU Umbria: a dedicated space for ESN Perugia (Erasmus Student Network), a long-standing point of reference for Erasmus and international students in the city of Perugia.

Starting today, the association will have a permanent headquarters within the ADiSU facilities: a place designed to welcome, listen to, and support international students, as well as a space for meetings, project development, and cultural exchange open to the entire university community.

The collaboration between ADiSU Umbria and ESN Perugia represents an important investment in the Umbrian university system and in the internationalization of the city, with the goal of making Perugia increasingly attractive to students coming from abroad.

It is a pleasure to welcome ESN Perugia into our headquarters, as the association has been a point of reference for Erasmus and international students in the area for many years,” said Giacomo Leonelli, Sole Administrator of ADiSU Umbria. “Our goal is to further strengthen the services dedicated to international students and to create increasingly effective reception and integration pathways. In this direction, we are also working to expand opportunities related to housing services, with the intention of facilitating access to ADiSU student residences for Erasmus students starting from the next academic year.”

Great satisfaction was also expressed by the President of ESN Perugia, Giulia Grasso: “This headquarters does not simply represent a physical space: it represents a meeting point, a place for cultural exchange, friendships, and opportunities. It will be an open space for all students who wish to get closer to the wonderful Erasmus experience and fully experience what it means to be part of an international community here in Perugia. For this reason, I sincerely wish to thank Giacomo Leonelli and ADiSU Umbria for giving us the opportunity to grow further and to support the international student community in an even more concrete way.”

With the opening of the new ESN House, Perugia takes another important step toward becoming an increasingly international, inclusive, and student-oriented university city.
