• What is ICE ROMA TRIP 2018?
It’s the National Winter event of ESN Italy. More than 3000 erasmus and 53 sections of ESN will gather in Rome for a 3-days-trip, discovering the amazing capital of Italy between art and parties.

*The pack doesn’t include the return trip in Perugia (since it's Sunday, you can choose to stay as much as you want, leave the luggage in the hotel and go discover more of Rome. Highly suggested visit to Villa Borghese)
ATTENTION! You cannot enter in any of the discos or museums without the ESN ICE bracelet which is not purchasable aside of the trip. Only those who come to the trip with us will be able to enter the discos and do the guided tours.

• How can I sign up?
You were really a lot in the registration and we have already completed the available places!
•WHAT TO DO NOW?
To confirm your participation you have time until Thursday 11th at 11.59 pm to pay either the first part of 50 euros or the whole part (120 euro).
• HOW TO PAY?
You can come and pay at our office Informagiovani in Piazza del melo this Tuesday and Thursday from 6.00pm to 8.00pm.

WHAT TO DO IF I AM IN THE WAITING LIST?
To reserve your seat you still need to pay the first part (50 euros) in the office or by bank transfer. If you do not eventually return in the participants, we will return your deposit.
