ICE 2017

Ciao ragazzi, il momento più atteso dell'inverno è arrivato. Vi presentiamo ICE ROMA 2017. L'ICE è  l'Evento Nazionale Invernale di ESN Italia. 3000 Erasmus e 52 sezioni ESN invadono Roma. Saranno 3 giorni immersi nella stupenda capitale d'Italia tra arte e divertimento. Il viaggio sarà dal 17 - 19 novembre e in contributo da versare è di 110€.

Il trip pack include:

•  viaggio Perugia - Roma*
• 3 giorni e 2 notti in hotel (tassa di soggiorno inclusa)
• 2 colazioni buffet
• 2 party in discoteca con 3000 erasmus 
• visita guidata professionale italiano/inglese della città di Roma 
• visita dei musei vaticani 
• welcome pack (maglia ESN, bracciale ESN, borsa ESN ecc)
• trasporto per andare e tornare dalle discoteche 
• sorprese per voi 

*il pack non include il viaggio di ritorno a Perugia (lasciamo libero il ritorno perchè la domenica potrete lasciare le valigie in hotel e visitare la città fino all'orario che preferite. Vi consigliamo Villa Borghese).
NB: Non si può entrare in discoteca e nei musei se non si ha il bracciale ESN che NON È ACQUISTABILE. Solo chi viene al viaggio può entrare in discoteca e partecipare alle visite guidate.

Modalità di pagamento 

• 50 € ENTRO lunedì 16 ottobre. Versare i 50€ è un modo per riservare il tuo posto. Se versi 50€ e poi decidi di non venire al viaggio, non verranno restituiti indietro i soldi. 
• 60€ ENTRO il 2 novembre

Ogni martedì e giovedì dalle 18.00 alle 20.00

Hello guys, since WINTER IS COMING it comes with the best event, we re glad to present to you ICE ROMA 2017. ICE is the National Winter event of ESN Italia. More than 3000 Erasmus and 52 sections of ESN will invade Roma. It will be a 3 days trip discovering the amazing capital of Italy between art and parties. The trip is from 17th to 19th of November and it costs 110€.

The trip pack includes:

• Trip from Perugia to Roma* 
• 2 nights in a hotel + breakfast buffet
• 2 party in discos with more than 3000 Erasmus 
• Guided tour with a professional guide in Italian/English in Rome 
• Visit to the Vatican’s museum 
• Welcome pack (ESN tee-shirt, ESN bracelet, ESN bag ecc)
• Transportation to go to the discos
• Many wonderful surprises 

*The pack doesn’t include the return trip in Perugia (because since is Sunday you can choose to stay as much as you want, leave the luggage in the hotel and go discover more of Roma. Highly suggested visit to Villa Borghese)

ATTENTION! You can't enter any of the discos or museums without the ESN bracelet which is not purchasable. Only who comes to the trip with us will be able to enter the discos and do the guided tours.

When do I pay?

• 50€ deposit the dead line is the 16th of October, Paying 50 € makes you reserve your spot, if you can’t come to the trip we won't give you the money back
